Windows Vista/7/8 issues
- The "buy now" button does not work in Vista+
therefore, you must return to this website, or the
website you first discovered the software to order.
- d3drm.dll is not included with Windows Vista+ operating systems. Download that file
from http://www.d3drmdll.com.
Place the file in to your application folder. Various
errors occur when this file is not present.
- Before installing a new version
of the software, uninstall the old one. Vista+
will not overwrite some files if the dates or file
sizes are too similar.

Anti-Piracy |
Because of some of our anti-piracy
code this program may not operate simultaneously with
certain other programs. |
If you get an error pertaining to a
missing DLL and the software will not start, let us know
immediately. Our software does not use external DLL's and
that is an indication of a corrupted compilation while
securing the software from software pirates. |

Trial vs Full & Registration Key |
When you download your copy of
<software> it is for the trial version and full version.
Our trial version and full version use the same setup file.
You only need your registration code which you should have
received from MyCommerce in
order to enable all the features of <software>.

If your software has expired:
When you attempt to start the software it should prompt you
to "Enter Key". Press this button and enter your
license key information. (you may cut & paste)
If your software has not expired:
You should see a "Enter Key" prompt during the reminder
screen. You can press this button and enter your
license key information or you may start the software click
"Help | Enter Registration Key" and enter the information.
(you may use cut & paste)
Depending upon what option you used
you may have to restart the software in order for the full
version to take affect.
note: Enter the
registration key before starting any new projects or loading
projects you have previously created. In certain cases
the software will partially suspend itself and request a
restart.

Extended Download Option |
You do not need to purchase the
extended download option to any of our software. All of our
software can be downloaded from this website 24/7*.
*This
site, as well as all others are subject to "down time",
announced and unannounced.

Downloading |
If you are
having trouble downloading our software from MyCommerce or any
other website, attempt to download the software directly
from our site.
The software
retrieved from other websites may be in two parts; a small
part (100kb or less) which tracks the download so that
proper financial credit will be rendered unto affiliates
and the larger part which is our software setup file.
Our setup file is automatically downloaded by the "small
part" when you execute it.

- Scan your computer using file
search function and see if it can find bingo.np and tell
us the location. note: make
sure search in hidden files and folders is enabled
- Upgrade with the latest full
version of the software you are attempting to use.
If the problem persists, contact support with as much
detail as possible such as...
- Operating System Version
- Operating System Language
- User Account Type (Local,
Administrator, Other)
- If you have a local
account, make sure you are installing the
software as an administrator.
- Location of bingo.np if
found in step 1.
- If you are using windows 7,
install and run the software in compatibility to mode
WinXP SP3 and run as administrator.
In Windows Vista+ the pattern files
should be located in "c:\program data\interba\patterns"
