IBA Win Ruler

Have you ever wondered how many calls it would take for a person to win bingo in a given scenario?  Then this software is for you.  Best of all, It's Free!!

IBA Bingo Win Ruler allows you to set your card class (card configuration), pattern type, player count, and cards per player.  It then plays bingo in the background until every "player" has won.

This allows you to see how many calls it took for the 1st person to win right down to the number of calls for the last person to win.  Do it over and over again so you'll know what to expect and how to design your games especially if you wish to reduce your chances of having multiple winners.
