All of our software is shareware or software you can try before you buy and it is for this reason we do not promote  the offer of refunds.  We offer our full technical support regardless if you have purchased the software.  Our software is typically crippled in terms of time of use (15-30 days are typical), number of uses, or certain features will not operate in a manner that makes the software useful, but would allow you to understand if the software is right for you.

However, we will refund your money upon request if that request is made within 30 days after purchase.  We only ask that you demo the software for at least 1hr at least two days before you purchase, trying out all its features.  This way you know how the software will work before you purchase and we are less likely to incur refund charges.  Our refund rate is less than 2%.  We believe in the quality of our products, and if something is wrong we can typically correct it within 24 hours.

If you do decide to request a refund just let us know the real reason why.  If you want a refund because you were abducted by aliens, and they have informed you that continued use of our software will result in more abductions and anal probes, just tell us the truth, you'll get your money back.  If you find a better product, have buyers remorse, whatever the reason, tell us, and you'll get your money back.  We'd rather just process the refund than spend time fixing problems that don't exists or emailing you the 3 clicks to enable a feature that you would have learned about if you had read the first page of the help file, only to have you still request a refund.

Above all, we want you to make an informed and confident purchasing decision.  There is nothing like the frustration of realizing you purchased the incorrect product or a product that simply does not work on your platform.  How many times have you purchased software in a store that did not work as you thought and you were unable to obtain a refund?  Shareware helps to eliminate this frustration. 

With shareware, you're in total control.  There is no mystery if the product is right for you after you've spent your hard earned money.  You know its right for you because you had an opportunity to test it.

IBA Bingo Flashboard limits your usage of the software to a certain number.  It will also cripple how many numbers it calls before marking the game depleted of numbers.

IBA Bingo Card Maker uses a feature crippling system.  This system will cause random characters to be printed in some bingo card cells.  This allows you to examine the software to its fullest extent but disallows you from printing useful bingo cards.

Ophelia's Bingo World limits your playing time to 7 days and only allows three concurrent game types to be played instead of the typical six.
