1. Does my display device (e.g. T.V. Projector) work with your software?
2. The caller's voice sound's like a computer.  Is there a way to update the voice?

1. Does my display device (e.g. T.V. Projector) work with your software?
   • As long as your display device can be recognized by windows as a secondary device it should work.
2. The caller's voice sound's like a computer.  Is there a way to update the voice?
   • Not as this time.  This features is on our "to-do" list.
3. I would like to call the numbers in a different language, is this possible?
   • Download the dxwtool from our website and open one of our dxw files located in the program folder.  Create a file with the same number wav files in 16bit 22hz format.
   • Name your numbers file to 'IBACallCenterNumbers_lang_custom.dxw'
   • Name your letters file to 'IBACallCenterLetters_lang_custom.dxw'
   • Notice:  Some languages have a slightly different method of speaking their numbers that is not currently compatible with this software.  Example:  The French language speaks 74 as 60 14 and not 70 4 as in English.
